Klein Vergara-Baique is a strategist and operator who helps organizations close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

With nearly two decades of experience in New York City's hospitality industry, he built his career through hands-on operational leadership — leading improvements, developing high-performing teams, and implementing systems that create clarity, accountability, and measurable results. That experience shaped a practical approach to leadership that balances strategic thinking with disciplined execution.

Today, his work spans operational strategy, process improvement, leadership development, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. He approaches this through three interconnected circles: Staff, Customer, and Finance — believing that sustainable growth depends on all three working in alignment.

Through his studies at the Golisano Institute for Business & Entrepreneurship, Klein expanded his expertise across strategy, marketing, finance, analytics, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership; adding formal depth to an already field-tested foundation.

Originally from Peru and raised in Queens, New York, Klein's perspective was shaped by communities that value hard work, resilience, and ambition. Those experiences taught him that meaningful progress comes from showing up consistently, adapting to change, and creating opportunities where others see obstacles.
